Welcome to the 75th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress (IPC 2026) website. The 75th IPC 2026 is organised by the Indian Pharmaceutical Congress Association (IPCA) and hosted by the Indian Pharmacy Graduates’ Association (IPGA). By accessing this website or registering for the conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using this Website or registering for the event.

1. About the Conference

The 75th IPC 2026 is scheduled to be held from 18–20 December 2026 at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, Dwarka, New Delhi, India.

2. Registration

• Registration must be completed through the official conference website.
• Registration is confirmed only upon successful receipt of the applicable registration fee.
• Delegates are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
• The organising committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any registration if incorrect information or fraudulent activity is detected.

3. Registration Fees

• Registration fees are as published on the website.
• Applicable taxes, if any, shall be charged in accordance with prevailing laws.
• Registration fees are subject to revision without prior notice until payment is completed.

4. Delegate Badge

• Delegate badges are mandatory for entry into conference sessions and exhibition areas.
• Badges are non-transferable.
• Lost badges may be reissued at the discretion of the organising committee and may attract additional charges.

5. Conference Programme

The organising committee reserves the right to:
• Modify the conference schedule.
• Change speakers, session timings, or venue arrangements.
• Cancel or merge sessions without prior notice.
Such modifications shall not entitle delegates to any compensation.

6. Code of Conduct

All delegates are expected to:
• Maintain professional and respectful behaviour.
• Follow venue safety and security regulations.
• Refrain from any disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct.
The organising committee reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines without a refund.

7. Photography & Recording

By attending IPC 2026, delegates consent to photography, videography, and audio recording during the conference for promotional and archival purposes.
